I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle at the end of last year. The staff were friendly and great to work with, but they did not take the time to clean out the vehicle. The vehicle was a lease, and it was not kept up inside. There were some stains on the seats (expected with a used vehicle). Marks/stains on the interior which could've been dirt, a beverage of some sort or food. I was able to wipe most of these off. I had recently vacuumed the vehicle out and found sand/glitter in the back seat and sand in the trunk, small wrappers, chips, cookie and/or cracker crumbs in the seats, especially where the seat belts are. I also found a small flat toy shoved in the back seat. Also, about a month into owning the vehicle the front wheel bearings had to be replaced. Thankfully this was covered under warranty. More

Then after I was pulled over and ticketed for license plates not matching reg. I was even more upset. The throttle body failed at 1200miles and then I picked it up and they forgot to flush the solution out and I had to go around the block in idle mode>>>> AT 37000miles my fuel pump went and I had to wait 1.75 hrs for a tow truck from 15-20 miles away, even though the dealership is only 6 blocks from my business. They then broke 2 fuel lines making it so I was without my truck for 6 days. After that event why I had any more service does is my fault as the next was for electric problems, that one took more than a week. The last service I am having done is for a small oil leak found at normal service. Once they had a diagnose from the service tech(mind u oil guy couldn't say where the leak originated), I was told it was a 12hr repair. That was on monday at 9-10am, I was told tuesday afternoon truck wouldn't b done until wed. pm to which I wrote this review and will never do business with Ford again. EVER! More
