Sold vehicle with known issue and not covering costs to fix. Was told don’t worry about the noise if it doesn’t go away you have 3 months 4,000 mile warranty that will cover anything. Salesman was making me call tons of dealers to try to get it fixed because it was a Nissan sold at Ford dealership the other Ford dealers by where I lived wouldn’t touch it so I had to call a Nissan who was lost. Salesman refused to call and figure it out for me. Supervisor ignored returning my calls and was super rude when I went in to cancel extended warranty that didn’t cover issues. Would stay away. Treat you good to get sale then won’t give you the time of day. More
