Bought a used car. Had several ?'s, which everytime I asked a ? was given a vague answer. We also were in shock that no one took the time to go over the features of the car and how to best use them, prio asked a ? was given a vague answer. We also were in shock that no one took the time to go over the features of the car and how to best use them, prior to leaving. ( There were several sales people sitting around on their phones) Yes we can you tube and everything else, but I believe thats good customer care. The car is a 2019 and wasn't even washed, nor was the interior polished up. The last car we bought at another dealer in town, offer three free oil changes, went over the cars features, and had the car washed and in tip top shape. More

Jack caldwell and ryan teamed up to scam me to drive a long distance with a promise of financing. I knew it was the used car game but bit any way. Great at showing the vehicles but then lost all interest long distance with a promise of financing. I knew it was the used car game but bit any way. Great at showing the vehicles but then lost all interest in even selling one. Offered 2900 on a trade that I sold for 6000 and had bought new from them. Total disappointment and manipulation. Will never go there again even for service. This is not a game to me as I have severe health issues and tried to work with them online and did. Only to be manipulated and a great deal of effort I should not have expended. Shame on these two. More
