Vehicle was over Kelly Blue Book by $2500 plus. I wasn't willing to pay more than the vehicle is worth in it's current condition. You folks had just that morning taken in a vehicle on trade. It had NOT yet completed it’s inprocesing. I was aloud to ‘take a peek’, and found the vehicle to be just what I had been looking for, for trade. It had NOT yet completed it’s inprocesing. Never buy from these crooks unless you want to get screwed over. Bought a used expedition in the spring and it was cold enough outside we didn’t need the ac. Once it warmed up and it was needed we rea screwed over. Bought a used expedition in the spring and it was cold enough outside we didn’t need the ac. Once it warmed up and it was needed we realized it wasn’t working properly. After several months of not having calls returned we were able to have the ac “repaired” in December. Again it was so cold outside the ac would have been blowing cold air regardless. Less than 6 months later in June the ac started failing. We were told they were going to take care of it since it hadn’t worked properly since we bought it. We were initially informed that the ac lines previously installed by them were leaking and were told they were to take care of it. Then we got a call saying they weren’t going to cover it because it was a different problem and that nothing they installed previously was malfunctioning. Caught them blatantly lying and the only response was that it’s he said she said. The service manager is rude as xxxx and a xxxxty person all around. If lies and not being called back for weeks is what you are looking fry all means shop there. If you want to deal with a business that isn’t out to screw you over shop somewhere else. Bad customer service terrible mechanics and all around xxxxty company. More
