It’s not the cars that are bad, it’s the service. Sold me a car with a light on, said they “fixed” it before I drive it home. I would never purchase another vehicle from them, nothing but broken promises just to get a sale. Then when it's time for the follow through it's more promises that can't be delivered. Since they broke every one I'd honestly return the vehicle if I could. Broken contract on their side. Alex will promise and promise, then take it back. So irritated. If you want a volkswagen go to a volkswagen dealer.I shouldn't have trusted them and made a same day purchase, listen people, have things fixed before signing papers. 2 payments in and I'm still being messed with and lied to. I purchased vehicle and on the first rain(3 days after purchase) it had water build up inside back left taillight… so bad it xxxxxxinside the light.. I called Trevor and he basically said oh well nothing purchase) it had water build up inside back left taillight… so bad it xxxxxxinside the light.. I called Trevor and he basically said oh well nothing we can do…. Not happy with that! Now my right rear tire has to have air being put in it every 4 days since I’ve purchased and I’m sure they will say not under warranty as well…. I’ve purchased my last 4 vehicles from here… Definitely not going back… and telling everyone I know what they did to me! More
