Condescending Quick Lube Service Rep Went to pick up vehicle following oil change + tire rotation and got complete attitude from the desk person Dave. For no reason whatsoever, this guy Went to pick up vehicle following oil change + tire rotation and got complete attitude from the desk person Dave. For no reason whatsoever, this guy tried to make a game out of me asking for my car and treated me with zero respect. A professional demeanor is way more than uttering "how can we help you today" with snide overtones. More
Wasted our time/gas Found a CPO Chevy Volt at this dealership via Cars.com we were really interested in. Emailed and spoke on the phone, set up an appointment to go test Found a CPO Chevy Volt at this dealership via Cars.com we were really interested in. Emailed and spoke on the phone, set up an appointment to go test drive it; the dealer is about 36 miles from our home. When my husband arrived he was told the individual he was supposed to meet was in a meeting and the vehicle had sold. Wasted time and gas, and they didn't have the courtesy to call and cancel. More
Great experience with quick lube department upon arrival at Bergstrom's we were immediately greeted by a friendly service tech. He quickly verified our information and personally walked us to t upon arrival at Bergstrom's we were immediately greeted by a friendly service tech. He quickly verified our information and personally walked us to the 'service waiting area' and explained that there was a beverage area, and free wifi. The oil change was done quickly as well as safety inspection. All fluid levels were toppd off. An unexpected peek was the daily newspaper and bottle of cold water waiting for us as we got back into the vehicle and it was appreciated. In this era it is refreshing to be treated as if our business was important and not like we were interrupting a social hour. We are telling our family and friends that this the place to go. Thanks for a job well done More
Horrible Service Department Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They failed to rotate my tires, but were still able to add it to the bill. Their final work summary showed Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They failed to rotate my tires, but were still able to add it to the bill. Their final work summary showed the tires were inflated to 30psi (in reality they were still inflated to the 35psi I came in with). At best they're incompetent, at worst dishonest. Either way I wont be going back. More
My third purchase! I was told of Bergstrom (when it was Ballweg) in January of 2012. I brought in my old Malibu and drove off with a much newer Impala. Then it was a 201 I was told of Bergstrom (when it was Ballweg) in January of 2012. I brought in my old Malibu and drove off with a much newer Impala. Then it was a 2014 Cruze thanks to salesman Tom L. and just yesterday I drove home in a 2015 Malibu! Julie B knows how to get you into the right car for your budget, and she's brilliant. Tom L. knows the car that I ask about and really knows his job. He doesn't just send you off, he sits with you and makes sure you understand how the instruments function. Bergstrom sells cars. And they do their job very well!! BK, Richland Center. More

always a good experience I bought my second vehicle from Ballweg in February. I am very happy about my experience. They did a great job helping me with the financing part. Probably the best service I've received at any service center. Friendly, VERY fast, and just upstanding/honest. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone! service center. Friendly, VERY fast, and just upstanding/honest. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone! More
I had an appointment for what was planned to be my third attempt to have my truck serviced at Balweg but after my discussion with the service adviser it became obvious that I need to find a different compan attempt to have my truck serviced at Balweg but after my discussion with the service adviser it became obvious that I need to find a different company for vehicle service. My first interaction with Balweg was while my truck was under warranty and it didn't start one morning. It was in for a total of four times before they found the correct solution. Each of the three initial times it had to be towed in, they told me they fixed it and it was all set. The next morning was the same thing, wouldn't start. My second experience with Balweg was an oil change. They told me that it needed a front end alignment and two tires. I had them do both and after leaving I found four loose lug nuts. They said if I brought it back in they would correct but I seemed smarter to tighten the lug nuts before driving any further so I did it myself. Today was the third time I tried to use Balweg. I called last week to make an appointment and scheduled it for this afternoon. I asked them to change the oil, check the brakes, check the front end alignment, and look the truck over for anything it needs. The service writer told me they don't check alignments, they just do it. This seemed strange since they charge $70 for an alignment. What if it's not needed? They had the same response when I asked about checking the brakes in that they told me it would cost $20 to check the brakes. I was a surprised a Chevrolet dealer would charge for an inspection. Lastly I was asked what else they would like me to check so they could tell me how much those inspections would cost. Are all service stations charging to inspect vehicles and tell you what needs to be done? More
