Sure, they may seem nice enough and professional, and maybe people have thought "wow, they are thorough", but they do not stand by their parts, they do not stand by their work, and all those problems they found in that inspection? Yeah, they probably don't need done. I went to Broadway Automotive last week because I was having a brake issue. I had just had all 4 done, pads and rotors, in November, less than 13,000 miles ago. I thought maybe they'd stand by their work. I should have known better last November, and I should have known better last week. I used to go to Broadway Automotive for ALL my repairs. In 2018, I spent months getting repairs done. Over the course of approximately 10 months, I spent about $4,500 on repairs, many of which were merely because a light was on or they "found" something in an inspection.. One day every light came on and every alarm went off and I had JUST had work done, over $1,200 worth of work, so I took it back to Broadway Automotive. After a considerable wait I was met with a long list of repairs they said needed done. It was pretty much a list of EVERY repair I'd had done AT THEIR OWN FACILITY over the last few months including saying I needed to replace the tires they'd just put on WEEKS before. When I said I'd just had all those repairs done, that the tires were weeks old, was it offered to look at my computer and tires to see why such a list would have been generated? No. I was told that if I didn't intend to have those repairs on that list done, I owed $175 for testing fees. This is when I should have told them to go ahead and do EVERY SINGLE repair on that list, and do it as warranty work. But I didn't. I was shocked at the list, at his response to being told his own shop had just done all those repairs, and at the thought that I'd spend THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of dollars, that I may I spent more on repairs than the vehicle was actually worth, for repairs and equipment that may not have needed fixed the first time. So I paid the fee and decided to never go back. I should have stuck with that. But last November my brakes were grinding metal on metal and Broadway could get me in first, so I held my breath and crossed my fingers.... and made a HUGE mistake. Last week they told me that it wasn't their work or their parts that were the problem, that it was the calipers that were bad, and, oh, by the way, here's a long list of other repairs they wanted to do. So I said just do the brakes, just get rid of that awful noise. I SHOULD have said "If you aren't going to do it on warranty, I'll take it where I usually go." The next day the noise is back. So I take it back to Broadway to see how they're going to make it right. They're not. It's the front brakes and they only did the back brakes. I had them just give me my vehicle back and I made an appointment with another place. That appointment was this morning. I told them about the back brakes, that it's probably the calipers. It wasn't. It was the pads and the rotors, and my calipers looked fine, nothing wrong with them. So I take last week's receipt and today's receipt to Broadway Automotive to see how they're going to make this right. They're not. I got a song, a dance, some personal stories, and insistence that they were right and totally didn't use the calipers as an excuse to not stand by their parts or their work. I guess I needed to waste another $1,201.57 to learn my lesson. Learn your lesson from my experience. Stay away from this place. More

I fill the wiper fluid tube up to the top and within a few days it's half full. After a week it is not visible in the tube. This is all without using any of the fluid on the windshield. I've had it in the shop three times over this. Last Wednesday was the last time and I checked the fluid level before my appointment. When I was waiting for the car to be checked Warren came and got me and took me out to the car to show me there was fluid in the tube. Strange that the tube was empty when I checked it before the appointment. I don't know what they are trying to pull but I'm doing my car buying and servicing elsewhere from now on. More

Support. What support? I told Todd I have heard some negative things about Broadway and he assured me that they would be willing to help and fix if anything would happen down the road. I really liked the vehicle so I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I drove it home, with no issues. The following day I drove it a little bit more and got an error on EVIC saying that my Adaptive Cruise control had issues as well as noticed that the DEF fluid was never topped off as well as the Oil Life was still 40%. (They told me all the fluids were changed when I purchased) I called Todd back up, through several emails and phone calls I had the OK to stop in and have them look at it. I stopped in after work, they filled up the DEF fluid and "fixed" the Adaptive Cruise Control but were not able to reset oil life... Told me to bring it to a Jeep dealership to have them. (Quick 2 minute google search I did it myself). Slightly concerned that they never did an oil change on it, asked for their service record, told me to rest assured it was complete. While driving home the same ACC error came up again. (Day #6 of owning Jeep, offered a 7 day return. I have never heard from Todd since) I sent an email to Todd to let him know I was still having issues with it, thought maybe snow was obstructing the sensor so waited a few days for roads to clean up. no response from him. I have called several times, left emails, not one response. About 2 weeks later day 29 owning it my Service Engine Light came on. I ran the code, was giving me a particulate threshold filter error. I tried to call Todd maybe 10 times over 3 days, left several voice mails, emails. I even had the phone lady put a note on his desk to have him give me a call. I have then tried to contact his Manger, Dave Mertens. Same thing no response. I decided to stop in and try to talk to someone. Dave was there (he helped me with the first ACC issue) Told him my issues with the service engine light as well as the ACC issue from day #2. He straight up told me they cannot do anything and will not provide any help. I at least thought they would do a complementary diagnosis for me to see what could be wrong. He told me they would not pay for that and can not do anything for the ACC. I was in shock by the type of response. I got up and left. Spend all that money with them to be denied any support. After talking with some coworkers about this I decided to give them another try, but I went to Dave's Boss, Josh Wehrenberg. It was a pleasent surprise that I have actually recieved a callback within a few minutes. I spoke with him for a few mintues and he was all for having their service department take a look at it for me. I brought it there and their diagnosise cambe back that the DPF filter was the issue (3-4k repair, still under warranty) and told me my fuel filters were really dirty and leaking (I would think they would replace when they did their service before sale?) I then scheduled an appointment with an athorized Jeep dealership for them to take look and replace the DPF filter. They came back with it not being the filter, but the sensor ($734 sensor, not under warranty). Offered me a 20% credit for the repair. I am still working on getting the ACC sensor fixed. I am hoping they will cover the repair cost for the ACC sensor as it has not been working since day 1 as well as was an advertised feature in their listing. More
