Service Repair is a Snap! I had to repair a bumper cover for my Chevrolet Malibu and decided on taking it to Pietroske, my place of purchase. Bob Bennin, the Body Shop Manager I had to repair a bumper cover for my Chevrolet Malibu and decided on taking it to Pietroske, my place of purchase. Bob Bennin, the Body Shop Manager, was very professional at getting me a detailed and thorough quote. Pietroske even works closely with many insurance companies to minimize the customer from having to make mulitiple trips/contacts with your insurance company. The replacement part to be delivered from Michigan to Wisconsin, but was delayed because of the inclement weather (the car ferry was also closed), but Bob kept in touch with me by phone as to the delivery and when I could bring in my car. I was granted a loaner car for the repair time. The car was repaired within a day. I am happy with the repair and would recommend Pietroske for repairs and service! More

Somewhat disappointed My vehicle is 3 yrs old. Took daughter to Mayo and upon my battery seemed faulty. Took to Clements dealership for checking. Battery had to be replaced My vehicle is 3 yrs old. Took daughter to Mayo and upon my battery seemed faulty. Took to Clements dealership for checking. Battery had to be replaced 3yrs old. Waited until this oil change to find out battery not covered by warranty. With these inspections are not the batteries tested? No explanation just not covered by warranty. I have the work order from Clements and it cost $240.88. Nice trip to Mayo. I was also suppose to get a car wash but weather cold they said not good idea. Ok do I still get one? Drive 25 miles for a car wash? No voucher no indication I did not receive one. Tiffany was great and very nice. She was the only person I talked to. More
