Unable to repair noises on my new Buick. I purchased a new Buick Encore from Pietroske.. . It developed three very loud and annoying squeaks and rattles. It took over a month to get appointm I purchased a new Buick Encore from Pietroske.. . It developed three very loud and annoying squeaks and rattles. It took over a month to get appointment to have it looked at. They fixed one rattle the first attempt. The second one has been worked on 4 times and still not resolved. The third one is in the dash and I am afraid to have them tear the dash apart and screw something else up. I had them install a bike carrier and they messed it up so I could barely close the rear hatch. They then reinstalled it correctly. I requested they put me in another similar vehicle and they wanted over $5000 to get me in a quiet used car with similar miles. My car has only 5000 miles on it. I wanted to shop locally and buy an American branded car but sorely regret it. Look elsewhere. More

Had a "check engine" light issue and when I called the service depar Pietroske continues to impress with its customer service and service department. Had a "check engine" light issue and when I called the service department they were very informative and assured me that the issue could be addressed within a certain period of time. Nobody likes seeing the "check engine" light come on and the answer I got was thorough and reassuring. I was able to schedule an appointment within a short period of time and told how long the process would take. Upon arrival, everything was taken care of immediately. I was able to pull right into the service garage area without having to get out of my vehicle in the rain (nice alternative). Tiffany was prepared and told me how long the appointment would take and called me as soon as the work was done. She explained what was done and why this took place. Brit, as always, was very personable and asked how everything was going. Again, the reason our family always buys vehicles from Pietroske is because of the experience and thoroughness of every contact we have with them. You will not be disappointed with the level of service and comfort level of dealing with any car buying and service related experience. More
