Great Service! Arrived @ Pietroske's service door and was immediately greeted and directed where to park my truck. Service counter personnel greeted me and started my paperwork. Truck was taken immediately back to start service (oil change and tire rotation). A time estimate was given and was right on to when my truck was ready. Very professional and personable personnel. Service was on time and completed correctly. Great service experience! More
Terrible service department I had my truck in 4 times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. The replaced shocks twice and did stuff with the leaf springs. After the 4th v I had my truck in 4 times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. The replaced shocks twice and did stuff with the leaf springs. After the 4th visit they said due to the lubricant I have sprayed on the truck they wouldn't do anymore because even if they found the issue it wouldn't be covered under warranty, mind you the lubricant was on there when they did the "repairs" the first 3 times. After going through Chevy direct I was told the dealership told Chevy due to the lubricant they can diagnose the issue, so they are telling the Chevy a different story than they are telling me. Now they will only look at it if the lubricant is removed, which they are not even willing to do. They are a service department unwilling to put in any extra effort to fix the issue for their customer. More

I did not come prepared to trade in my vehicle (forgot the title and didn't have full coverage insura Pietroske made buying a used vehicle very easy. I did not come prepared to trade in my vehicle (forgot the title and didn't have full coverage insurance on my old car) despite this, they helped me get it all in order so I was able to leave with the car I wanted - all on a Saturday no less! The only downside was that I didn't get what I wanted for my trade in - which was within KBB trade-in range - however what I did get was also within that range, so overall I am happy. More

Loo Last week I went for service on my 2014 Buick Envoy, stopped to see if Deb was in. Well she was and as we chatted she mentioned a 2016 Envision. Looked at it and purchased, got a good trade in and Alex got me a good rate on the loan. Deb went above and beyond in explaining all the functions of the Envision (as this had all the bells and whistles). I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to explain all the features even after I left the dealer. Deb has been my go-to person for more years than I can remember, personality plus. The paper work was ready, but I was told they had to get the keys. When they could' not be found Ii asked if another customer took them. This is just what had happened You would think they would have a better system in place where someone else could get their hands on someone else's keys The person said he didn"t have time to return them. What if I didn"t have time to wait. We were there for over 2 hrs. They did give us a free oil change next time, but now my wife is worried that we need to change the locks on our home because the keys being gone. I also do not like this rebate on our charges Rebate's are a pain, just charge less. James Dvorachek More
Newer car needed I drove through the lot on a Sunday and found four SUVs that I was interested in. Came in Monday and met Glen and narrowed it down to two. By the next I drove through the lot on a Sunday and found four SUVs that I was interested in. Came in Monday and met Glen and narrowed it down to two. By the next week when I came back one had just sold the day before and the other one had a major downfall, Glen told me about another which was a bit more, but had many features I was looking for. Left on Thursday at 4:30, came on Friday at 4:00, left at 5:00 driving my new car. Glen, Dan, and Alex were all great to work with and in a few years I will return for another SUV. More
Lack of integrity I would not recommend this dealer to anyone any more. My wife has bought vehicles for here for years. We had a lifter fail in the engine and called se I would not recommend this dealer to anyone any more. My wife has bought vehicles for here for years. We had a lifter fail in the engine and called service to check the warranty status. We talked to two separate service employees one being the service manager. They both said our truck was no longer under warranty. So we had the shop by our house repair it instead of having it towed 2 hours back to this dealer. We ended up trading the vehicle in and found out it was still under the extended warranty we bought through them and checked twice on before having it repaired. The dealer told us we needed to have a gm dealer repair it to be covered. We tried twice to make sure it was covered even sent in the phone records to the VP proving we called them. Instead of standing behind their customer that tried doing the right thing by trusting the employees that work their to actually do their job and check on warranties including extended warranties. They did nothing to help us and we are stuck paying a repair bill that would have been covered under the warranty they said we didn’t have. More
