"a couple of days" turned into 10 Took my car in for a needed repair. Was told it would take "a couple of days" to get the part. By every measure I know a couple means 2. I hoped with luck the car would be repaired in 4 days, but probably a few more than that. It was 10 days later that I heard that the part was in. No notification that there was a significant delay. I was intending to get an appointment elsewhere. I couldn't call back that say day, because I was on a trip out of state. I called the next day, day 11, and an appointment for repair was made for 16 days after first taking the car in. More

Very bad salesman. My family went this past Saturday to test drive a used truck and had a bad experience. Said truck that i test drove was a decent truck but had paint issues. It had a pretty big chip at the bottom of the door. Surface rust was starting to form. Mind you this wasn't my normal salesman i dealt with. I proceed to ask him if there's room in the price for movement to fix said door. He tells me no. With the live market pricing that's the best they can do. No movement once so ever, which i find hard to believe. He tells me that he will tell me normal salesman that i deal with that i was there. I haven't heard from either since. Obviously pietroske doesn't want my business, i don't mean enough to them. I guess I'll go else where. More
