We knew the car we wanted when we got to the dealership. Deb worked really hard to find us the car we wanted. When it wasn't available, she ordered it brand new and it was super easy. Four weeks later, we got the call our car was ready for the financing portion and Robert walked us thru all the paperwork and made a mountain of paper very understandable. The next day we got the call our car was here!*! Couldn't have been a better experience and I highly recommend Pietroske Motors and Deb and Robert. We will DEFINITELY continue our relationship with Pietroske. More

I've been following the design ofthe 2014 Chevrolet Impala in Motor Trend for the past year and decided it was the car for me. I came to Pietroske to talk to Howie Corbisier and Dale Kocourek to order Impala in Motor Trend for the past year and decided it was the car for me. I came to Pietroske to talk to Howie Corbisier and Dale Kocourek to order a Blue Metalic 2014 Impala LTZ. Dale and Howie went out of their way to order my vehicle on May 20, 2013 and I took delivery on June 28, 2013. The purchase transaction was simple and complete. When I took delivery, the car was perfectly clean inside and out with a full tank of gas. I will recommend the Pietroske Dealership, Dale Kocourek and Howie Corbisier to all my friends and all those who see my new 2014 Impala. I'm very happy to have purchased my first Impala. This is my second experience working with Dan Brunner and Pietroske GM. Both have been very positive. Dan is very proactive in pursuing vehicles that he feels are appropriate for me. He takes the time to Pietroske GM. Both have been very positive. Dan is very proactive in pursuing vehicles that he feels are appropriate for me. He takes the time to answer my questions, then looks for vehicles that meet my requests. I am comfortable that he has my best interests in mind. My visits to the Service and Body Repair Departments have also been positive. Again, Dan was helpful when my previous vehicle was hit; personally taking me to Steve Volz who handled the details of getting my vehicle repaired. I would recommend this dealership, and in particular, Dan Brunner to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I was in the market for a used Jeep, we had been searching for some time and after several months of searching we found the vehicle that we wanted at Pietroski GM. I found the vehicle online and imm searching for some time and after several months of searching we found the vehicle that we wanted at Pietroski GM. I found the vehicle online and immediately after making a phone call to the dealership I knew this was the vehicle we wanted. Amanda Burwash and the entire sale team at Pietroski GM made the entire process easy and without any hesitation. After receiving the vehicle we noticed that there was some issue with the motor and fully knowing that when purchasing a vehicle without physically test driving it; you take a chance. So we had no issue fixing the problem. After a follow up with the sale team at Pietroski GM, they offer to cover some of the expenses for the repair! Unbelievable what this dealership is doing, even after explaining to them it was not necessary. I have been member of the Armed Military Service for over 22 years and this is the first time any dealership truly put their customer statement ahead of their own priorities. Thank you so much to the entire Pietroski GM team and especially Amanda and Dale the General Manager. I would definitely consider purchasing any vehicle with this dealership again before any other company. More

I have two words to describe my shopping with Pietroske, Inc., Wonderful Experience! The service was outstanding, with everyone being warm and friendly. I have worked with Deb Fairbanks on two prior car purchases. This is my third, and by far, the most fun and exceptional. What could have been a negative experience as I was test driving a used vehicle and came back to the dealership to discover the car had been sold (and not to me!) turned out to be a roll over to a brand new car which was the best surprise ever. Debbie was helpful showing the right car for my needs at a price point I could afford. Robert made the whole financing experience a smooth transaction. He was both professional and knowledgeable regarding insurance, warranties and end products for my new vehicle. Thank you to everyone. I will be back! More

Friendliness and response was excellent. The part of the experience that I was very dissatisfied was regarding the final price / payment. After several emails and verifying payment terms, when signing the p experience that I was very dissatisfied was regarding the final price / payment. After several emails and verifying payment terms, when signing the paperwork, rather than financing for 72 months as I was told, the contract was written at 75 months for the monthly payment I was informed it would be for 72 months. If I would have been informed upfront and before traveling to the dealership I do not know I would have agreed to these terms. I feel there was a little deception and not happy with that portion, especially when we had transferred everything to the new vehicle, set up Onstar, went through all other details and at very end presented with terms, which as stated, was different from that agreed upon. Dealing with the people at Pietroske was a very positive experience. I initially did some checking of their inventory on-line, which is a big plus these days. I spotted several vehicles that interested me, and then made the trip to the dealership. Deb Kerr came out to assist me almost as soon as I was out of my vehicle. She answered some questions I had about a particular vehicle ( a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer) and provided the keys for me to take a test drive. Upon my return, Deb had more information for me, and we discussed the deal. I was already pre-approved for a loan from my bank, so a time was set for the next Monday for me to pick up the vehicle. That day Deb had the vehicle shined up and ready to go. She answered some more questions that I had and things were good to go. All in all I would say Deb did a great job! More
