We walked into the dealership on Friday with a description of a vehicle we had seen on the internet. Tom Larson looked through the inventory to determine if the vehicle was in stock. It was. He brought it out for us to look at, even though it had arrived only that morning. We always work with one sales consultant, Howie Corbisier. Tom was comfortable letting us wait to discuss a sale with Howie, even though that meant waiting until Monday. We went in on Monday and Howie looked for all discounts we were eligible for. The bottom line was right in line with what we wanted to pay. We had lined up financing, but asked Robert Greggs to give us their best offer. Their best offer was better than what we had lined up. So, everything fell into place and 7 hours later, we took our new Enclave home! More

On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, I tried to start my car in order to go to work. There was absolutely no response when I inserted the key in the ignition. I immediately called Pietroske's in Manitowoc and sp order to go to work. There was absolutely no response when I inserted the key in the ignition. I immediately called Pietroske's in Manitowoc and spoke to Cassie in the service department. She called a tow truck (my car is under the bumper to bumper warranty) and the truck was at my home within the hour..we live about 25 miles from the dealership. Within about two hours, Cassie called to let me know that my battery was completely discharged due to a short in the headlight assembly and that they needed to order parts which would be in the following day. I was able to pick up my car late Wednesday afternoon and everything was completely repaired. I was very impressed with the speedy response to my problem. More

I love my Chevrolet Impala I purchased from Pietroske about a week ago. I had been in the market for a vehicle for months looking at multiple dealers in different cities. She was one of the only dealers that had kept in contact with me after my initial inquiry on their vehicles. If it wasn't for her cooperation I probably would have overlooked this hometown dealership all together. Everyone we encountered was super helpful including Dan Brunner. My cosigners work scheduled combined with my own provided a very limited schedule to get my car purchased and Amanda was awesome at communicating and figuring out the most convenient route to get me into this car. Overall it was a great experience and was an added plus that I could find this locally. Amanda did everything she could to help and get my questions answered. I would recommend Pietroske to anyone who is looking for a purchase of a reliable vehicle with unlimited amounts of help! More

Customer service at Pietroski's has always been top notch. They brought my car around after I picked up the paper works, to make it easier for me to access. I have a moderate disability in my leg. As for the first customer service man I encountered when I set up the repair service, he got me a bottle of water when I asked if there was a bubbler nearby. I thought that was just great as I was parched from taking my pills. The staff there continues to impress me. They kept my husband and me abreast when the parts did not come in the day they expected them. We always knew just state our auto was in and when to expect it to be finished. I give them AAAAAA++ for rating. They are tops!! More
