Deb provided great service throughout the sale process. Everyone was very easy to work with. Four years ago I bought a car at Pietroske's and worked with Mike Wall, which was the first time I had met him. He was so professional and helpful, that when I was in the business of buying another worked with Mike Wall, which was the first time I had met him. He was so professional and helpful, that when I was in the business of buying another new car, I thought of no one else; I went to Pietroske's and asked for Mike. Once again, he came through, gave me all the information I needed, was more than helpful, and supported me every step of the way as I made my decision. He helped me with "remedial" education in learning all the computerized aspects of operating my new vehicle. I would go to him again, and recommend him to others. Bob Berry I worked with only in the finalization of the purchase, and he also was very professional and helpful, never pushy, and I would be happy to work with him again also. More

We always have been treated very well by Pietroske's Service and Sales Departments. The service is excellent, timely and they keep you appraised of any recommended services. We would have liked actual S Service and Sales Departments. The service is excellent, timely and they keep you appraised of any recommended services. We would have liked actual Sales Literature when we decided to lease the Terrain, but that apparently was not available at the time (June 2011) - a major drawback in our estimation. The dealership is clean, and has many conveniences while waiting for the car to be ready, i.e. coffee, TV, easy chairs and tables in the waiting room. It is a pleasure to visit and we give Pietroske high marks. Rein Elias More

I had done a good deal of research on 7 passenger SUV's and after test driving pretty much all the SUV's in this class had decided on the Acadia and particularly an Acadia with the 2nd row Captain Se SUV's and after test driving pretty much all the SUV's in this class had decided on the Acadia and particularly an Acadia with the 2nd row Captain Seats. I had been watching the websites and when I saw the vehicle I have now purchased listed on the website it sounded like what I was looking for in both features and price. Deb got back to me within 20 minutes and since it was a recent trade she made sure it got detailed and run through inspection so that I could take a look the next day. Robert was also very helpful and I felt he worked with a number of issues to come up with the best financing plan and a payment we could afford. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, time efficient and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted and one that fits the needs of our family very well. I would recommend the dealership, Deb & Robert to anyone interested in finding a car online or visiting a dealership. More

Amanda was very helpful and friendly. We were shopping for a used Beetle and found this online at the Pietroske website set up an appointment and was very pleased to find the vehicle in the heated service for a used Beetle and found this online at the Pietroske website set up an appointment and was very pleased to find the vehicle in the heated service department ready to test drive.
