Service surprise Having had my Terrain serviced many times at Pietroske, I've always been completely happy with the results. Only after signing the agreement sheet this time was I told that the extra service I agreed to would take 2 hours instead of 1 hour. Had I been told beforehand I would have waited until a later date. After it was finished and I went out to the parking lot to drive away, I was dismayed that they had not run my very dirty vehicle through the car wash as they had always done in the past. I realize they did not ask me if I wanted a free carwash when I drove in this time, but I spent well over $200 and feel it should have been part of my service package. It was a 'little' thing that would have made my long wait in the service department a bit easier, and made my overall experience change from it's usual 5 star to a 3 star. More
