Not only did we buy the best gas mileage car with the safest crash testing data, the 2016 Chevy Cruze, we received a great trade-in value of our old 2006 Buick Rendezvous that allowed us to purchase a five-year bumper-to-bumper extended warranty so that my son & my wife and I will have safety peace of mind as well as no car repair worries or extra expenses as he completes his last 2 years of college and his 4 years onto to graduate school. Amanda was very accommodating and had a kind spirit and was very patient with, and responsive to, my attention-to-detail questioning about each car and the car purchasing verse leasing option processes. My son was most impressed with Amanda's knowledge about the multiple vehicles we test drove and how she was able to help incorporate his wants-needs within my wife's and my buying parameters, which ultimately allowed him to get the perfect car for him as well as THE CAR he really really wanted dad & mom to say yes to! Then there was Britt, a real nice individual and one of those professionals who fit their position perfectly, who made the final paper work to purchase and finance the Cruze very easy for us and educational for my son. Quick response, efficient and fair buying process I found my truck on a Sunday night at 7pm online, emailed for more information, received the info within 15 minutes, confirmed the vehicle was availab I found my truck on a Sunday night at 7pm online, emailed for more information, received the info within 15 minutes, confirmed the vehicle was available as the truck it had literally just arrived at the dealership. Deb sent me addl details first thing Monday morning and we setup a test drive for Monday evening. Since the truck just arrived, I wasn't sure how much time they had to detail, inspect etc. The truck was in perfect condition, certified and sparkling clean, inside and out. Deb was waiting for me at our agreed upon time, immediately walked through the vehicle, "jump in take it for a test drive". Since the truck I was driving was very similar (almost identical), I was very glad Deb let me just go and drive. It wasn't long I was back at the dealership, Deb was waiting for me (so many dealerships try to help to many customers at the same time, Deb didn't do that, I was her #1 concern). We sat down, talked numbers and that was it, deal done! Super simple, easy. I picked up my new truck the following Saturday (as I didn't have time until then), again Deb was ready, Brett had all the paperwork, I was literally in and out within 30 minutes and again the truck was sparkling clean, since I had gotten it dirty on my test drive, I appreciated the extra work. This was my first interaction with Pietroske, they may be in a small town, but they know how to treat customers, thank you !! More
