New xts tire viberation problems. Our new XTS had a vibration from the tires @ 200 miles. I took it to the dealership for verification by the Service Dept..Bob Berry suggested driving Our new XTS had a vibration from the tires @ 200 miles. I took it to the dealership for verification by the Service Dept..Bob Berry suggested driving a few more miles to see if the tires would possibly correct by themselves, per warranty campaign. Drove it to about 2200 miles, the vibes were still there. Contacted Bob Berry, He stated new tires were on the way. When installing the tires it was also found to have a defective rim, which was replaced at that time also.Thank you Bob, and my wonderfull service department @ Pietroske GM.Eugene and Suzanne Kapla. Very satisified with the dealership! Having a problem locating the problem with our shift into park. We have had the vehicle into the dealership for service 3 times in the last week. We have a new 2016 red Chev Malibu. Thanks Amanda and Dale for putting us in a new Malibu. We were waiting for the new Cruze hatchback to see if it would fit our needs, and if not we wo Thanks Amanda and Dale for putting us in a new Malibu. We were waiting for the new Cruze hatchback to see if it would fit our needs, and if not we would consider a Malibu. Amanda had us do test drives of both cars and we decided on the Malibu. She was able to find the color we wanted with the options that would serve us best. We came to terms on a price and took delivery several days latter. We are long term customers at Pietroske GM and we go back there for our auto needs as they treat us like family. More
