Poor service department Door handle fell off of Buick. They replaced it. Now came apart again, was charged over $100 for something that apparently wasn't done right the first Door handle fell off of Buick. They replaced it. Now came apart again, was charged over $100 for something that apparently wasn't done right the first time. Once had tires replaced, they kept leaking air. Every time we got into the car needed to stop to put air into tires. Never was told how the problem could be eliminated until we told them. We are done doing business at pitroske's. Had tires rotated on truck. Was told was leaving in the am for a road trip. Was traveling on a free way without exit for long distance. Vehicle started to shake. When able to pull to road side, lug nuts were never righted properly. Four men in the truck could have been killed. More
