Bought Flex and an extended warranty couldn't service it We bought our flex and an extended warranty from this dealership two years ago, that went well. We called and made an appointment to have a clunking We bought our flex and an extended warranty from this dealership two years ago, that went well. We called and made an appointment to have a clunking noise checked out, a key reprogramed, a tire rotation and the transmission flushed. We brought it in and spent half a day without our vehicle. We called to check on the progress only to find out they couldn't reprogram our key or flush the transmission. They did tell us there was $1,400 worth of repairs they thought should be done but totally left out that our breaks needed to be replaced. They were able to rotated the tires give us a complimentary car wash. More
