Pietroski has a great sales team but could use Maritime Fords service as a an example of excellent customer service. The process flow in Pietroski's service department is not optimal. One thing they could improve on is a description or introduction to clients about waiting room. I had to ask about wifi and also was not told if there was coffeee, soda, water or snack available. Another dealer in Sheboygan does a better job for their waiting room area. More

Tire leak Even though I didn't but my Veacle from them I was having them perform my maintenance. But after I called my dealer they told me they would cover the Even though I didn't but my Veacle from them I was having them perform my maintenance. But after I called my dealer they told me they would cover the repair but since the other dealer was closer I contacted them. They said told me the repair would be covered. But after they repaired the tire they charged me $35 dollars and told me it was due to a nail hole. Really $35 to fix a hole, with that being said I will never go back to them and will drive to Green Bay to Bergstrom for my maintenance needs. More
