Unappreciated/Lack of salesmanship Drove from out of town and was left standing in the showroom while she was on the phone. Car wasn't ready at scheduled time for test drive. Deb had no desire to sell me the vehicle,just provided the paperwork. Received little attention while there and was looking at the vehicle myself while she was inside. I informed her I would be coming back the next morning. She failed to call me to notify the vehicle was sold that night and I showed up the next morning from out of town (2.5 hours) to pick up vehicle. She didn't even bother to get up from her desk when I got there to tell me the vehicle was sold. She just said I wish you would have called before coming in. I saw nothing but rudeness and uncaring about the customer from this "saleswoman". I would not recommend this dealership. More

Trailer lights not working I want to say, it was a Saturday morning, about 8am I called dealership that my trailer lights were not working on my new truck and wanted to go camp I want to say, it was a Saturday morning, about 8am I called dealership that my trailer lights were not working on my new truck and wanted to go camping within hours. Bob had me bring truck right in and Dave looked at right away. Within a 1/2 hour I had my truck back and checked out complete for shorts. was found that two fuses popped I was on my way in no time. oh, and I was given a car to use to doing errands while they checked it out Thank you Pietroske's! Very nice upgrade - faster than I expected! We needed to upgrade to a little larger and more comfortable car, since we'll be commuting to Milwaukee for the next 6 months or so. I stopped in Monday (fully expecting to spend all day working out details etc. etc.) and was in and out with our 'New' Trax in no time. :) We love our Trax and are so glad we were able to get a great deal in Manitowoc!
