Helpful John Pollard, along with Josh Mays were very helpful, no pressure salesmen. Berglund did not have a very extensive selection of 2020 Camry SE or XSE's on the lot, however, so they searched other dealerships for us. Through Consumer Reports/TrueCar, I was able to locate a vehicle to fit our needs, myself, at a better price point. After relaying this information and their price offer, Berglund was unable to obtain the vehicle, but they did find another dealer a day later, and offered it at price to suit us. There was a bit of delay in the Finance office, when we asked for 30 day tags on the new vehicle. I wanted to transfer my old tags to this new car, but was told at first that I could not get 30 day tags at Berglund. I still do not understand why that was said, but they were able to work it out eventually. More

The whole team (sales, finance, GM) worked so hard on a deal for a 1-for-2 trade-in (one used truck for two used SUVs). John was so friendly, yet professional. He spent all the time in the world with us, trying to understand our needs. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen. He really did! It's just so hard to find this level of service anymore. They have a great selection of new and used vehicles, Toyota and other brands. You will certainly find what you're looking for here. Give Berglund a shot. Ask for John. You WON'T be sorry!! More
