Today David Agosta turned me against returning to Toyota Berglund for future business. As a sales person I understand it is your job to buy a car at the lowest possible price and sell a car at the highest and then of course bartering is expected. What isn’t expected is attitude from a sales person. David learn how to speak to a potential customer with basic curtesy. Learn to listen without rolling your eyes. Don’t interrupt someone while they are speaking, and lastly treat everyone with RESPECT. While I may have appeared to you as a young female that lacked the basic understanding as to how this business works, you were wrong and I was insulted. Learn to be better. Whoever is David’s manager needs to have a serious talk with him about customer service etiquette. More
