Had a great expereince w/ Jeff regarding the purchase of my vehicle. He was waiting for me and had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived to test drive it. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. He answered all of my questions or immediately sought out someone to answer questions he did not know the answer to. Jeff eased my concerns regarding the vehicle being used and allowed me to have it looked over by a trusted professional before committing to the purchase. The only reason I would rate the 'experience' as good instead of great was just the amount of time the process took even after it was clear I was ready to purhase. Lastly in terms of price, they were a bit high on the vehicle compared to other dealerships and the processing fee at the end was excessive. I was however, given a refund of part of the fee when I complained. While in the financing department signing my forms, Jeff had the vehicle detailed and ready and waiting when I was finished. The condition of the used vehicles at this dealership seemed above and beyond all other dealerships I had visited. More

From the first time i visited the dealership with my 2008 G37 they were more than helpful with everything, Brennan had been with Infiniti for several years and he really helped me get the service i needed. After my initial visit i had to come back in because the dealer i had purchased my 08 G37 did not tell me that my vehicle had after market equiupment on it. Brennan went out of his way to contact the dealer to get them to pay for the replacement of my failed aftermarket catalysts, and they did. I mentioned to Brennan that i was interested in a new G coupe , especially the IPL, he was cool said he would look into some options and would get back to me. He again went out of his way and job title to discuss my situation with a sales guy. He told me to come in and that they would work out a deal with me. My salesman Chris was very pleasant and we went over some numbers discussed the car and its features. Next Bryan the finance manager came and sat down with me and with my less than perfect credit busted his xxx to get me 3.9% when the starting rate was around 9%. Bryan and Clayton really went out on a limb for me to get me the deal that i wanted for this car and im extremely grateful. This dealership is a true staple to what infiniti should be about as well as other dealers. They have gained a lifetime customer! It was nothing but a great experience. Thank you guys! Arry More

I believe we were the first Infiniti purchaser at this new dealership. All went well - there was some kinks in the financing segment but like I said we may have been the first purchaser.
