I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Hartzog, a member of the Infiniti sales staff. After identifying three automobiles of interest, Tim spent helpful time with me while test driving each vehicl a member of the Infiniti sales staff. Corey is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When he showed us the cars he patiently explained not only the options, but the differences between the G25 and the G37. We spent lots of time considering both cars and all the options ranging from color to gas mileage and navigation. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The test drive was pleasant on both city streets and highways so we could really get the feel for how the car handled. Then the sales manager allowed us to drive our selection home to give us even more time to see how the car handled on the road. Getting the paperwork done was a little slow, but Corey made good use of the time by giving us the new car orientation while we waited. Actually, a very pleasant experience all around. More

There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and they did everything they said they would do, and even stayed late to fina staff at Crossroads Infiniti. Chris was so nice to us personally and professionally. He knew exactly what options we wanted on our new vehicle and called us as soon as one meeting our criteria arrived at Crossroads. Tom, the general manager, was so easy to work with and gave us a deal we could not walk away from. Truthfully, we were looking at the QX56 at a dealership in Columbus, OH, too, but decided to buy from Crossroads because of the treatment we received from Crossroads. Would I buy another vehicle from Crossroads? Absolutely, as long as Chris handles the sale! More

What can I say...Crossroads of Roanoke has a very friendly,approachable, patient,&helpful staff. I had originally contacted dealer about car(had seen via AD internet w/ no pic). Corey was first perso friendly,approachable, patient,&helpful staff. I had originally contacted dealer about car(had seen via AD internet w/ no pic). Corey was first person spoke to. He said it was a recent trade and kindly sent a pic via phone since had not been photographed yet. The same day I received call from Charley in regards to history on the vehicle and made sure I got Carfax that day.Charley as well as Corey also kept me updated as car was going through dealer service. I probably called/emailed at least a half dozen times over course of a week(hopefully didn't annoy Charley/Corey to no end on my questions)needless to say they'd returned calls/emails when got more info which I do appreciate. It worked out the next week my girlfriend and I were scheduled to goto the CLemson vs VT Game so I asked dealer if would be possible to hold vehicle til that Friday(end of October)...& they agreed.I arrived out of state(from GA) on a Friday late to look finally see the BMW in person.I was assured I would not be disappointed. They were right! It was clean then and has proven to be an excellent example compared to half a dozen or so I'd seen prior. After some negotiation over price, the staff stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of so I wouldn't have to return to deal w/ paperwork the next day. I appreciate the attention to detail,conditioning and time Clayton had the shop put into bringing the car upto original like standards before selling the car(considering it was a 7 year old car). It really brings peace of mind both safety wise but being a details kind of guy myself I don't take for granted and really do appreciate. I wish I could say that about all my car buying experiences. It cost more for dealer on front end but when you are talking about selling new or used performance luxury cars I think it does an injustice to the brand by not going the extra step. I think it's worth the little extra it cost to purchase a car. I can say I am very happy to have found 'my vehicle'. Thank you Crossroads of Roanoke :) More
