My husband and I were greeted upon arrival by Sales Travis LeMond. After conducting a quick look around the dealership, we located a couple of cars that caught our interest. Travis has both cars pulled into a covered garage area for us to have a closer look, as it was very cold and windy standing in the lot. This was quite thoughtful, since it was way too cold to enjoy from the outside of the lot. Travis was quite knowledgeable on both cars and asked questions as to our likes/dislikes. He knew the technical information, motor comparisons, etc. and volunteered the information, without being pushy. After taking another look around the lot, we located another car that was of interest.. and again, Travis provided all of the information to assist on comparing the first car to this car. He offered for us to take a test drive on both cars – which I had declined.. then as we narrower the two down to one, he again, suggested a test drive, which I did accept this time. In the end, this was the car we purchased. A couple of areas did stand out in our dealings with this dealership: We had done our research and knew pricing – both the value of my trade-in and the new cars we were interested, therefore, we were armed with enough information to make a decision, as well as to know if the offers were fair or if we were being jerked around. The dealership was looking to make their best deal, so were we and to that end, we felt we had gotten a fair market deal. Plus all of the folks we met, from the “interim sales manager” to the service department manager, were welcoming and informative. We always have our cars serviced at the dealership where we purchased our cars and will look forward to the same good service. One little last comment – while my husband and I both looked, discussed and agreed to the trade.. the car and final decision was mine (in fact my 3rd Infiniti). And at no time, during our conversations, was I ignored or left out of the discussions..and this is not always the case. More

Corey stepped in and helped in the final paperwork and delivery of the car in the most caring and professional way possible. Harry was a joy to work with in signing all the usually mundane financial paperwork. Everyone I encountered was very personable, knowledgeable, and truly helpful.
