The only complaint I have is the spare key to my new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 was lost and the owner’s manual that came with the vehicle was missing. Owner’s manual no big deal. Spare key I view as a big deal. Spare keys to all vehicles should be stored. The key is being replaced however someone is walking around with a key to my truck. Other than that the salesman and the GM were top notch and did everything they could for me and made my purchase very fast and simple. More
