Terrible service and management I recently moved to state college and went there for servicing. I had an appointment for 7:30 am, so I dropped it off the night before. When I called I recently moved to state college and went there for servicing. I had an appointment for 7:30 am, so I dropped it off the night before. When I called them around 3:30pm to find out the progress and they informed me that they didn't even do the diagnosis yet! My check ingine light was on, and their plan was just to diagnose it at the end of the day and make me come back another day which is another 2 weeks later to get it fixed! Terrible experience! I was using different service center before I moved to state college, and I must say the service quality has a day/ night difference! More
