From the numerous calls, texts and test drives, we could always expect immediate service from Sean, even on his days off. He is very knowledgeable about Audi products and answered any questions we had. More importantly, Sean listened to us and was very PATIENT. This was significant to me being a mom of two young boys that had to be entertained every time we were at the dealership, and car seats installed in and out of the Audi vehicles we wanted to test drive. 2017 A4 loaner purchase I couldn't possibly recommend a person more highly than I would David. In the end, I feel as if the dealership gave me the best deal possible, which is all i could reasonably expect. Additionally, Mike in finanace saved me several hundred dollars over the financing I had arranged for myself, and David and Mike bent over backwards to make my life easier on a tag transfer to NY state AFTER the sale was completed (I should have listened to them from the beginning- when is the last time you could say THAT about a car dealership!!). All in all, if you want to be treated like an adult, and have things explained to you vs. being sold a car, visit David T and Mike at Wyoming Valley. They won't steer you wrong. More
