My experience with Wyoming Valley Audi was excellent. David Truan and I had corresponded for two weeks due to the distance from the dealership. David was very patient with all of my questions and satisfactorily answered each and every one prior to coming to the dealership. My trip to Larksville was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Due to heavy traffic on Route 80 coming from NJ, we arrived an hour late. No problem for this dealership! David patiently took me on a test drive and I was sold on the car. It was now very close to this dealer's posted closing time. The Finance Department worked tirelessly, finding a bank over Memorial Day weekend, that was able to finance my car that day. I had originally wanted to go with my credit union but decided to go with the bank Wyoming Valley Motors found. Bottom line: all of the members of the staff were laid back, professional, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. No pressure at all. If you are looking for a great dealership, look no further! Low key, polite, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. When we picked up the car, everything went very smoothly and everyone was just like Dave - an honest pleasure to work with. Andy, the finance guy, brought a bit of humor to the experience and writing a very large check was relatively easy. We love the car, it's everything we wanted and more as we head toward retirement. And an extended warranty that came with the car certainly gave us peace of mind. Based on this experience, we would buy another car from Wyoming Valley Audi in the future - can't really say that about other dealerships we've dealt with over the years. More
