Lying Cheating and typically car industry tatics This dealer lied to my face and refused to correct their mistake. When I first contacted them in regard to the original issue things went downhill qui This dealer lied to my face and refused to correct their mistake. When I first contacted them in regard to the original issue things went downhill quick. They had the salesman that lied to my face contact me despite me being clear that I did not want to work with him anymore. Every email was met with vague promises that were not filled and no remorse for their actions. I left it saying I never wanted to be contacted again. So far I have gotten 4 phone calls, 6 emails, and 8 pieces of mail. How do I get them to leave me alone? Every time I called to be removed from their list it was explained that it was a third party not them contacting me. I tried to explain to them it was on their letterhead so to me it was from them. I am incredibly frustrated with their inability to fix problems they themselves created. More

They kept me informed and involved with the development, ordering, building, and delivery of my new Audi. At the time of delivery Troy spent as much time as I needed to understand all the new features and technologies that my car has. He offered to continue the instruction, repeat any information or demonstration until and even after I felt comfortable should I ever need a review or have the slightest question. It was obvious that this staff was not happy to just sell us A car they wanted to get us THE car, one that fit my wife's and my vision and wishes at a price we could afford. They worked to find out the type of car owners we were and made suggestions of models, equipment, options and features that, in some cases, I didn't even know existed. After having gone to WVM one Saturday afternoon, I test drove the A5 - and, yes - it surely was exactly what I wanted. And, to my sheer delight, on 12/2/17, the A5 that I so very much wanted, is exactly what I went to pick up! The entire experience with Troy and his colleagues at WVM was a delightful one.
