only dealership in PA that I'd trust I purchased a 2010 S4 in Connecticut back in July 2010. Since then, I have worked with WVM on a regular basis for my cars. As everyone at WVM knows, I I purchased a 2010 S4 in Connecticut back in July 2010. Since then, I have worked with WVM on a regular basis for my cars. As everyone at WVM knows, I am the curse of all cars, and I bring out the "best" of them. The service department has always treated me with respect, and has ALWAYS figured out the problems with my cars. Specifically, Kyle, Heather, Mark, and Joe. They have offered to bring my car back to my workplace instead of me driving back out of Larksville. When part of my computer crashed in my S4, they gave me a loaner for probably close to two weeks. When I got the car back (absolutely zero charge), it was cleaned, waxed, the interior was detailed, and it was better than brand new. The first Audi I bought was from Hoffman Audi in CT (great dealer as well!) but since then I have dealt with Matt Hedden in sales. Matt always does everything he can for me, and when I traded my 2010 S4 in for an A7, he was great. Spent an hour with me going over the differences in the cars. Well, a month later, it turns out I hate this A7. It hated me and I hated it. So Matt pulls some AWESOME strings, and somehow gets my old S4 back AND a new S4. He spent hours, if not days, getting that done for me. He went above and beyond to help me out. A few months later, I decided to swap the new S4 for an RS5. I think at this point he was pulling his hair out and wondering how many times I was going to do this to him, but he got me the coolest car known to mankind. Whenever I can't get through to the service department, I text Matt, and he has me an answer within ten minutes. He's never let me down, and I plan to continue doing business with Wyoming Valley Motors as long as I live within a 300 mile radius! More
AUDI - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! MUST READ STORY! Such a horrible experience from day one. I just moved here from NJ and was looking to have a positive relationship with this Audi dealership. However, Such a horrible experience from day one. I just moved here from NJ and was looking to have a positive relationship with this Audi dealership. However, this was a misconception and more of "wishful thinking." RECAP: 1. Audi S4 has a blown catalytic converter 2. Went to get a diagnosis and nothing was wrong after 5 hours of sitting and I was able to prove to the technicians and consultant the issue. 3. Leave parking lot and 10 minutes later the check engine light comes on 4. Go to Autozone and find out I have a blown catalytic converter for FREE! (How can AutoZone be smarter than Audi Technicians!?!?! Only at Wyoming Valley Motors!) 5. Go back to Audi and was told by Technician Supervisor, Paul, says since this was not modified that the warranty will be honored. 6. Was then told by Technician Supervisor, Paul, since the car was modified that the warranty isn't honored and bring back the rental. 7. Was then told to take off the flash on the motor by towing the car 2.5 hours away, spending $500, and taking a day off work and the warranty will be honored. 8. Spoke to a manager about the situation and agree with the process. 9. Supervisor Technician, Paul, gets personal after speaking with manager. 10. Supervisor Technician, Paul, says, "So, you tried going behind my back to my manager about this situation and get me in trouble, so now I can't help you." 11. Supervisor Technician, Paul, gets arrogant and schedules me for another appointment 12 days out AFTER towing my car, spending $500, taking a day off work, and taking the flash off. 12. Get fed up and decide to trade the car in for another Audi. 13. Get setup to work with Salesman Matt. 14. Salesman Matt works some numbers out, then leaves me sit at his office desk while he goes and smokes his cigarettes. 15. Salesman Matt Comes back smelling like cigarettes and tells me he needs to follow-up with the banks and will get back to me in the morning. 16. I never hear back from Salesman Matt after contacting him multiple times (Yes, I still have the texted conversation recorded in my phone). 17. I'm fed up with Wyoming Valley Motors Audi and decide to got to Motor World of Lexus. 18. I was treated with an unbelievable experience and was sitting in a brand new 2015 Lexus ES 350 the same day I walked in. 19. I COULDVE ELIMATED 18 STEPS BY JUST GOING TO MOTOR WORLD OF LEXUS, WHERE I WAS TREATED WITH DIGNITY, RESPECT, AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT THEY OFFERED. I AM LOVING THIS BRAND NEW 2015 LEXUS ES 350! STORY: I purchased a $63K Audi S4 in NJ and moved to this area. When I went to this Wyoming Valley Motors -Audi for an initial oil change, there were magazines on the table in the waiting area. Specifically, there was one brochure for AWE and adding modifications to an Audi. I was impressed with what I've read and decided to go get an after-market exhaust. Well, a month later I was seeing material and gray dust out of my exhaust. This warranted a service chekup. I was setup for an appointment on a Saturday. After waiting 5 hours, the consultant told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle. As an engineer, this was not logical at all. So, since they could not find the issue, I had to prove to them by revving my engine in the parking lot. The consultant's first reaction is that this was normal as this was carbon output from burning fuel. I then revved it again and he finally agreed that there was something odd going on with the vehicle. He then told me to come back on Monday for a reassessment. I drove off and 10 minutes later my check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone for a reading AND it turns out that there is a Catalytic Converter issue (blown). To replace a Catalytic Converter would cost $2,700 and $1,000 for labor. However, this is covered under Audi warranty. My question is this.. I waited 5 hours in a waiting room and was told that the entire exhaust was taken apart all the way to the catalytic converter AND everything looked perfectly fine. How was I able to prove to a consultant and "supposed" "top-notch" technicians the issue in 5 minutes that they couldn't figure out in 5 hours????? But wait.. it gets better. So I bring my car back and was introduced to a Technician Supervisor named Paul. He specifically asked if the car was modified in any way. I agreed that there were modifications to the car. He then asked if the Catalytic Converter was altered, Modified, or OEM (stock). I specifically told him it was the original Catalytic Converter and was not altered. I was specifically told by Paul that there should be no issue and that this would fall under warranty. The Consultant told me he'd put me in a rental car for about a week until the Catalytic Converter came in from Germany. This was great news. Two days later, Paul (Technician Supervisor) calls me and tells me that since the car was modified there was nothing that can be done because the car was also chipped. So, I took the rental back and had a discussion with Paul. He told me to get the car flashed back to stock and then he "might" be able to help out. This meant spending money on a tow to a car shop 2.5 hours away and $500 later. I called to discuss this matter with the manager and was told that this was a positive route to take. So I agreed to move forward with the process. I was ALSO told that they honor warranties on modified cars if it does not cost a lot of money. What?!?! Are you discriminatory? That makes no sense at ALL! You either honor warranties for modified cars or you don't! After spending the money, taking a day off work to tow the car, and bringing the car back to Wyoming Valley Motors -Audi, I was greeted by Paul again. Well... The Technician Supervisor Paul got very personal about the fact I approached the manager. His words were, "So, you tried going behind my back to my manager about this situation and get me in trouble, so now I can't help you." WHAT!?!?! After going through all of this... now you can't help me??? This is customer service, not "let me take this personal" and not assist you. This is your job! So, Wyoming Valley Motors Audi decided to schedule me an appointment 12 days out. Are you kidding me???? Because you're taking things personal, you can't help me and you schedule me 2 weeks out. This is unreal! My next step was not to deal with this anymore. So, I decide to want to trade my car in and start over with a new relationship with this Audi dealership. I was setup to work with a Salesman Matt. Matt was not great working with at all. He would leave me sit at his desk for a long period of time, then come back smelling like cigarettes. Are you kidding me? This is pathetic. Never did I have an experience like this. So, Matt tells me he will follow up with me the next day after speaking and following up with a few banks. I had $10,500 to put towards a new car, plus a trade-in. Days go by and I do not hear back from Matt... No follow-up at all! I text Matt multiple times and never gets back to me. I was sick and tired of this place and decided to throw all relations out the window. I decided to go to Motor World Lexus. I walked in, was greeted with smiles and good vibes, and was provided a tour with some help picking out a car. I found a nice 2015 Lexus ES 350 that I absolutely loved. After the down payment, an Audi trade-in, and some talking with the bank I was sitting in a brand new 2015 Lexus ES 350! All the stress from buying a car was relieved, as Motor World took that stress off me, and the same about the service as well. I actually walked out of that place with a smile. I certainly can say I walked out of Wyoming Valley Motors Audi with disappointment, blown money, headaches, and wasted time. Thanks Motor World Lexus for all your help!!! As for Wyoming Valley Motors -Audi, sorry but you are horrible!!! My advice... NEVER GO TO WYOMING VALLEY MOTORS OF AUDI! GO TO MOTOR WORLD TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AND GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY YOULL GET! I know a lot of wealthy people in this area and those who have political influence. TRUST ME! I will be spreading the word! More

This was the epitome of smarmy, slick salesmanship. Given no details on the car. Took for a test drive and got 2 warnings from the car that there was NO GAS IN IT!!! Note my ratings show "very bad" f Given no details on the car. Took for a test drive and got 2 warnings from the car that there was NO GAS IN IT!!! Note my ratings show "very bad" for all but "friendliness"; that's because the salesman came across as a friendly, trustworthy, sincere human being, when in fact he's just like all the others...out for himself and the big bucks. We let our guard down because of just that and got a royal screwing. BEWARE! More

Had water in the trunk and tried to tell me it was my pro is so so at best. They did an oil change and I couldn't remove the oil filter afterwards. Had water in the trunk and tried to tell me it was my problem. It was the third time water was in the vehicle, so I had to get Audi of NA involved. Had some recall work done, they lefty out some screws when putting things back. No longer have any trust. Went to another Audi dealer, much better. More
