Horrible, no other way to describe it. Quality of work is so so at best. They did an oil change and I couldn't remove the oil filter afterwards. Be very careful when buying from their used lot. They take trade ins and stick them on the lot without even looking at them. Salesman rushed delivery of vehicle before any of this was fixed, car ended up back at service numerous times. WVM had my vehicle more than I did the first few months. Having purchased dozens of new cars from this dealer over the past 15 years one would expect a dealer to stand behind their customer if a problem should arise. Their service techs lack the proper training to service the caliber of vehicles they sell and being severely understaffed exacerbates this issue leaving many customers frustrated with un-repaired vehicles. They only survive due to the lack of competition in the Northeast market. Do yourself a favor -- take the time time to drive and hour or and hour and a half south and experience what dealing with a real car dealership is all about -- it's definitely worth the drive! More
