Chuck is a far cry from from helpfull and feeds misinformation which is unacceptable for a prestigious name like Lincoln. On a positive note they have an individual named Brian in the same service department who is the complete opposite. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good and Chuck makes the experience intolerable. More

Horrible service department Took my car in for a check engine light. Authorized repairs. Two days later, check engine light back on for the same exact thing. Very dissapointing The attitude of the service personnel was beyond irreprehensible. The sales agent Chuck even argued with me against a service that my vehicle needed.
