Everyone was pleasant and understood exactly how to make a customer happy. The only word that come to mind is PROFESSIONAL. This was the only dealership that treated us like people and not just another sale. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle without any of the normal hassles that come with car shopping. Keith was so nice, he went out of his way to keep in contact with us prior to coming to the sales lot as well as Keith made us comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. I got what I wanted, the day I needed it. Low and behold, Bergey's Ford had several 2015's in stock that would meet my needs! I called and spoke to Tony Aquino, and he said to stop by to see their inventory. He was confident that I could drive home with the "new" Truck I was dreaming of because they had many finance options. Well, I am very happy to say that working with Tony and the sales staff was an excellent experience, and they had a great selection of Certified Pre-Owned Ford®? trucks on the lot. Tony was awesome, very friendly and solution oriented. The 2-year old vehicle looked and smelled like new inside and out! The dealership is in a sparkling new condition, clean, warm, and welcoming in a beautiful neighborhood. I can't wait to go back for my first free oil change in my beautiful 2015 Midnight Black Supercab FX4! More

I was also pleased to hear that Joe Davis was still there. I purchased my used Ford F150 from Joe seven years ago and had a GREAT experience with Joe. The only thing that has changed in seven years is that Joe and I look a little older. My wife and I picked the car we wanted after driving a few different ones and reached what I thought was a great deal. As like last time, Joe was great and Rick in the finance department made things very simple. They both explained everything in detail. Thanks for a GREAT experience. Long Distance Car Buying After searching my local area for a used SUV and not finding what I was looking for in my price, I decided to widen my search to about a 500-mile radi After searching my local area for a used SUV and not finding what I was looking for in my price, I decided to widen my search to about a 500-mile radius. Bergey’s came up more than once as having “good” to “great” deals on the SUV I was looking for. Bergey’s is about 600 miles from my home in SE Michigan so my next move was to check for a reasonable flight to Philadelphia and speak with Bergey’s. Joe Davis was my sales person and assisted me from my first call to Bergey’s through to the end of my purchase. My flight was an hour late so he stayed at the dealership late to accommodate my late arrival. The sale went smoothly and I was on my way back to Michigan in my new SUV within an hour and a half of my arrival. The 600-mile drive back to Michigan was a perfect opportunity to get acquainted with my new ride. More

Drove 4 hours to see a dirty vehicle and get treated poorly I called the dealership on a Friday letting them know my wife and I were coming to look at CPO escapes. I also gave them the specific units we were interested in. We left our home at 7am and arrived at the dealership soon after 11am. The initial impression was ok but after having the walk to the other end of the parking lot, I began to question our choice. The the first vehicle we looked at was filthy, looking like it was not washed in months . The wheels had a lot of grime and the body had bugs on it. I decided to drive the vehicle as we came a long way to look at it. The vehicle itself was ok. The salesman (tony) was essentially useless as he didn't know his way around the town we were test driving. He also didn't know much about the car. In short, I decided to make an offer on the car as my wife liked it. The dealer would not negotiate 1 dollar. We walked and went to keyser and Miller. We bought a nice 2017 escape at a fair price. We were treated professionally. I've purchased over 7 new fords and have been at well over 50 dealers . I've not been treated this poorly by any dealer. I wouldn't recommend bergeys to my worst enemy. More
