From the time I walked into the d I would absolutely recommend Bergey's Ford to anyone who was interested in purchasing or leasing a new or used car. From the time I walked into the dealership, I found everyone 100% professional. This was particularly true regarding Pat Clarke. He was totally thorough regarding my needs. I was interested in leasing a Ford Escape, and he not only matched this need but worked with me concerning my payment limitations. He also took the time to explain to me thoroughly the workings of the vehicle I was going to lease(It turned out to be a 2016 White Ford Escape.). Pat also made sure I understood what was going to take place in the future regarding payments, servicing, and what would happen at the end of the lease. He gave me a hands on session and showed me the ins-and-outs concerning the most important points about my vehicle. Pat took the time to set up my cell phone to be hands free in the car, and he not only showed me the service department, but also gave me options for leaving my car for service. From beginning to end, I found that what I was anticipating to be a trying experience turned out to be wonderful. In this case, "my car" was not in their stock, but Pat was able to locate an Explorer with all of my desired options, and have it ready for me in a couple of days. The process was enjoyable and efficient. Before leaving with my new Explorer, Pat walked me through all of the options and how they operate. All of my questions were answered. I know I'll be back at the end of this lease for my next Ford. More
