In comparison to other dealerships through which both my parents and I have purchased other vehicles, we fully and equally share the most positive of opinions concerning the integrity and personalized care provided during the time of my Ford Escape purchase from Bergey’s. The salesman, Pat Clarke, was no less than exceptional in everything that transpired, going well beyond his obvious duties as a sales associate, while, also, “going the extra mile” in order to insure a most gratifying and rewarding experience. In fact, my vehicle turned to be all that Pat promised, and, even more. I would absolutely make Bergey’s my first choice when looking to purchase another vehicle. And, without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership to friends, family and beyond! More

Robert was very professional, courtious and honest with me which I greatly appreciate as I have only received that once before in my life. Robert went above and beyond for me and it is not like they were a local dealer for me, they just had the car I wanted. I traveled 75 miles to buy the car from them and it was worth it. Ford Expedeition I had not purchased a new vehicle for some time and was a bit nervous going in. Joe Davis made me feel immediately comfortable. I have owned this vehicle not even a year and put less than 1000 miles on the vehicle and have had transmission problems from day 1. Thank god I have a warranty but the in and out of the dealership has made purchasing a pre owned vehicle a nightmare. I went to the dealership to get inspected and they tell me I have a low tread tire and need it replaced? Seems when Bergeys sold the 2014 vehicle to me the Bergeys quality assurance team must have missed that someone put a 9 year old bald tire on with the existing tires. Dealing with Spring house ford in Ambler doesn't numb the pain either. I will need great customer service for me to change my review. As for now I'm making another call to Bergeys to bring the car back in for possible transmission issue again. I will edit this review once my issues have been addressed. More
