But when I started shoppi This is the second truck that I've bough through Bergey's Ford in Ambler. Now mind you, the last one was almost 12 yrs. ago. But when I started shopping for a new one I felt no loyalty, I was just looking for the most truck I could buy within my parameters, for the best possible price. I stared shopping online at all the popular search engines, within a 50 mile radius and all my local Ford dealerships, wanting to really stay close to home. What I found was that all the other dealerships were starting out higher in price then Bergey's, for what I can only assume is to make you have to come in and "bargain" with them. "Aint nobody got time that". My wife and I did a lot of research online before finally going over one cold, and rainy Monday morning in Feb. to look at one particular truck they had advertised and I had talked about with my salesman. Dreading having to go through the "bargaining process" left home with a price in my head that I was willing to pay. After taking it for a "spin" just me and my wife, we sat down to do the part I hate the most. You know what I'm talking about, the back and forth, what will it take to get to drive home in this vehicle, we got to make some money to, there's not much meat on the bone, let me talk to my manager, we'll give you this much for your trade-in, let me get my manager, I'll leave and go over there and let you and your wife talk it over. NONE OF THAT! The salesman said this is the price of the truck, we can do this and this, this is how much we'll give you for your trade (more then expected), taxes, tags, blah, blah, blah, this is the price "out the door". Well it was $700 less then the price that was in my head when I left home that morning. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience, no bargaining, no back and forth, no manager, no hassle. Left feeling like both sides got a FAIR deal, not like I just got taken. And really, I think that's what most people are looking for, a fair deal without all the other junk. More

Vincent Saracino was professional, courteous and helpful while we looked and test drove some vehicles. He wasn't pushy, just gave me the facts answered questions and what we could do to make a deal. We made an easy deal both compromising but never to a point of frustration. I feel I received a great vehicle for a fair and very reasonable price and all the paperwork was handle efficiently. I was out the door much quicker then previous car buying experiences. I'd recommend family/friends to check out bergey's ford in the future. More
