Joe was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicles and with that information we felt very comfortable making a decision to purchase one of the vehicles we drove that very day! Incidentally, Bergey's showroom is very comfortable and clean...making it easy to chat. More

In particular, we worked with Joe Davis who was very to the point and got us the best deal that we could have. He was also extremely knowledgable about the cars and the car buying process and was able to work with us to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Furthermore, Joe did not try and push the most expensive car on us and was very respectful of our prince range and what we were looking for in a car. All was very easy and we ultimately ended up with an amazing Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. More

Keith Godshall responded very quickly, even on a Sunday! I had been to other dealerships but Bergey's had the best selection. Since I'm an hour away, I needed information before I made the trip and Keith called me Monday morning to answer my questions. He was honest and complete in his information. Drove to the dealership to find a great selection of very nice used cars. Not your typical used cars, very nice quality cars in various price ranges. Keith understood what we were looking for and helped narrow down the choice and was truly interested in helping us. He worked with us on every part of the deal, even the little details. The dealership was nice and clean and the receptionist was very polite! Drove home later that day in a very nice used car that fit our needs perfect. Thanks Keith. Vincent Saracino is one of the best car salesmen that I have ever come across. He was completely honest, down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I must say that I was honestly impressed on how organized he was. When I went to pick up my new F150, he had everything ready for me, all I had to do was sign. Dealing with Vince was an extremely pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured by him at any time and he made sure I fully understood all of the vehicle's features and terms of the sale. Best Car Buying Experience I've personally handled the purchasing of 4 cars now, and this was by far the easiest I've ever experienced. Keith Godshall was extremely friendly wh I've personally handled the purchasing of 4 cars now, and this was by far the easiest I've ever experienced. Keith Godshall was extremely friendly when he called, responded to an email on his day off, and spent a 3.5 hours on a Saturday (through lunch) helping me find an explorer that was affordable at a price I could handle. This was the first time I've ever been in a dealership and experienced no up-selling. I also got more for my trade than another dealer told me I could, and more than the online evaluations said I could get at a dealership. Keith is very laid back and friendly, and I literally had to ask to see the current model when the used ones I came in to look at weren't what I wanted. Honestly it made me WANT to buy a car from him, and not have to deal with a salesy type at another dealership. As a younger female I've experienced a lot of condescension with salesmen and auto repair, so it was a relief to feel so respected. I had talked to another salesmen at another dealer who, even on the phone, made me dread meeting him. I also had issues with my trade-in's registration, and they (Keith and Kristin are who talked with about it) were extremely friendly and found a work-around for me that enabled me to still buy the car that day. All around a great experience. I'd recommend this dealership, and especially Keith, to anybody. More

We walked away from the dealership & analyzed all vehicles alike within a 150 mile radius of our home & this was by far the best deal. 7yr/100k certified warranty, all of their vehicles go through a certification process, which is always reassuring. It had the most features & they truly offered the most competitive price. I am extremely analytical...some may say to a fault; However, with that said, Bergey's truly has made a lifetime customer out of us...even though we travel an hour + to get there! Highly recommended.
