Great prices, great selections! We looked high and low for the vehicle we needed, and could only find what we needed at Bergey's. This was our second purchase from the Burgey's deale We looked high and low for the vehicle we needed, and could only find what we needed at Bergey's. This was our second purchase from the Burgey's dealers. When we started considering our next purchase, we didn't consider Bergey's right away because of the distance. It is 1.5 hours away from our house, and we have a baby that hates car rides. But, we have purchased from them before, and we couldn't find what we were looking for around us. We checked them out again, they had what we needed at a great price, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! More

Beyond disappointing So sorry to see that the customer service I am being given in relation to a Ford vehicle issue is atrocious. When we deal with Chevy for my husband's So sorry to see that the customer service I am being given in relation to a Ford vehicle issue is atrocious. When we deal with Chevy for my husband's vehicle we get quality service and quality customer representatives that listen and are supportive in solving a problem and not blowing you off as several customer service reps and a dealership have done with my Ford concern. First Visit and Great Experience We visited a couple months ago to test drive a specific car (CPO 13 Explorer - what're the chances). Keith came recommended and was very knowledgeable We visited a couple months ago to test drive a specific car (CPO 13 Explorer - what're the chances). Keith came recommended and was very knowledgeable and personable when helping us, even while juggling multiple other clients (test driving and pick up). We spent several hours there, my wife eventually decided on one, and we bought the car that day. The dealership itself was also impressive - clean, new, and had a waiting area with toys and refreshments while we waited for our car (we thought bringing our 1 yo was a good idea :) ). The end result of buying a car is great - you end up with a new toy. But the actual process is one of the worst things, ranking below visiting the dentist, imo (no offense, car salesmen out there). However, dealing with Keith (and Scott) went better than we expected; we didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of, and felt the process was fair. We plan to use Bergey Ford for our service/maintenance and future car purchases. More
