You walk in and you automatically feel comfortable and like you are part of their family. Instead of it being the buyer verses the dealership, the experience was more like they are walking along side you to make sure you get the best fit for you. Vince was amazing. He worked with us and was very attentive to our needs. He made sure we not long go the car we wanted, but beat our desired monthly payment. We had to wait about a week before you could take the car home due to the trade in being registered in Florida. Vince kept in contact with us through the entire process and was patient in answering all of our questions. If you need to buy a car, look no further. We visited this dealership first and the decided to shop around. We only went to one other dealer and automatically new we had to go back to Bergey's Ford. Recent Fusion Purchase Bergey's and Keith Godshall were not only professional but very customer conscious. My wife and I decided on a 2013 Ford Fusion and after I drove the Bergey's and Keith Godshall were not only professional but very customer conscious. My wife and I decided on a 2013 Ford Fusion and after I drove the car home. When I got home I realized the car had body damage on the right side of the vehicle for which I didn't notice at the dealership. I notified Keith of the problem and immediately Bergey's accommodated by repairing the damage for us at no charge. Much appreciated and without question great customer service. This will keep us coming back for additional vehicles over the years!! More
