My experience with Mark would suggest everything is well in hand and under control. I ordered my ram from the factory in late February. I have received my truck last week in March. Everything was handled professionally and expedited flawlessly. All of the steps involved and all of the financial aspects were clear and stayed solid. At every interaction, I had gotten MORE than expected. Mark has always gone far beyond his word and managed everything perfectly. It's no mystery why I purchased three trucks at Bergey's and why I fully trust them. My experience with the service department was also outstanding and beyond my expectations. Jeep was in for service on Friday for ‘stalling on cold starts when placed in reverse’ and check engine light on. Was told code was ‘engine misfire’ but found nothing. N/C … When picked up vehicle next day, Jeep stalled again. Called and explained the situation … was told to drop off Monday. When checked in Monday they had no idea why I was there… had no record of my appointments. It’s Tuesday evening and haven’t heard from the service department. I never give bad reviews to any business, service here is usually excellent, but this is totally unacceptable. More
