Easiest car buying experience-2nd time in a row!! Leased a Suburban back in Oct 2016 and Matt was my salesperson and he made that process very easy, so I am glad that I went back to him for my second Leased a Suburban back in Oct 2016 and Matt was my salesperson and he made that process very easy, so I am glad that I went back to him for my second vehicle. I told Matt that I needed to get everything done in a week before I went out of town. I test drove the car I wanted and from there we emailed back and forth and he found the car I wanted within the time frame that I needed. This was the nicest car buying experience in decades. I met Tim Mager earlier in the year but we could not find a good fit at that time. Everything I Wanted I was looking for a specific car and price. Bergey's had the car, I loved it, but the price was a little over our limit. Matt didn't pressure us at al I was looking for a specific car and price. Bergey's had the car, I loved it, but the price was a little over our limit. Matt didn't pressure us at all. We walked away, but Matt followed up and let us know a week later that the price had been reduced again, putting it within our budget. He was more than accommodating with our schedule and made the sale easy. I was impressed that he put so much effort into just a used car sale that couldn't have given him a large commission. After having the car for a few days, we noticed a noise. I called Matt, and he set us up to have it checked out. The entire service department was courteous and helpful. They found and fixed the minor problem quickly at no charge. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received from all the Bergey's employees we encountered in the process! More
