Last week I went with my sister who wanted to look at cars at Carfagno. She insists on buying America. No one attacked us at the door which we liked right away. The receptionist found a salesman for us and we were so very fortunate to end up with Kevin Wylie. He was courteous and friendly without being unprofessional. He certainly knew his stuff and was able to answer all our questions. He was never pushy yet made us aware of all the packages she could have, took us for a test drive; he couldn't do enough to help us. At the end of a few hours, my sister became the proud owner of an Equinox. Kevin stayed way past closing time to make sure everything was taken care of. Why am I telling my sister's story? Well, I was so impressed with Kevin, with Carfagno and with the Equinox that I bought one for myself a few days later. I was given the same wonderful service. I appreciate that although Kevin is a young man he knew what he was talking about. I liked that he didn't act in a condescending way even though I am an older woman. Even though both times my sister and I had a lot of questions, he never acted as though we were a bother. He worked with both of us to get just the right car at a price that worked for each of us. Again, he stayed after closing time to make sure everything was in order before I drove away in my brand new car with not a lot of running back and forth. I couldn't get over how easy it all was. When Kevin explained about the protection package and extended warranty I could get for my new car I was convinced this was a good idea. So a few days later, I took the car to get work done for the protective service contract. I was received in a friendly manner and given a shuttle ride to work. When I came to pick up the car it was ready and waiting - no hassle. When I did the paperwork for the car and later for the extra packages, Susan Ellis was a delight to work with. She was so efficient and helpful that everything went quite smoothly. Her friendliness was just icing on the cake. My total experience was wonderful from start to finish. I stopped by Carfagno Chevy on my way home to check out and price a new Equinox. I just left another dealership very unhappy with the value of my trade in and not super impressed with the vehicle I test dr and price a new Equinox. Brian at Carfagno was very helpful, friendly, and very unlike a typical car salesman. There was no pressure, no haggling, and I never felt uncomfortable during the transaction. He was personable, and I got a sense of a small family owned business here. I got everything that I wanted and closed the deal just like that. I came back the next morning for delivery, and Brian went over all of the awesome features in the vehicle, and offered his assistance at any time in the future. I can't stress enough how much of an easy transaction this was. I woke up one day and decided to see what I could get for my trade in, and I found the right place to go. Carfagno was great.
