Scheduled appointment with understanding that I would wait for the car. No one informed me when the car was ready making me late for work after sitting for nearly 2 hours. The car only needed an update wait for the car. No one informed me when the car was ready making me late for work after sitting for nearly 2 hours. The car only needed an update and wipers installed. When I got in the car, the wipers were still in the packaging. Then I was told that the parts department had sold me the wrong wipers. I was further delayed while they searched for the correct wipers. A bit later I again saw my car outside and again asked if that meant it was ready. No one came to tell me. Even after getting in my car for the second time, I was delayed as the rep searched for keys to move the car that was blocking my exit. I won’t be in any hurry to return. More

I'm disappointed in the dealership I bought a new chevy van 2020 and it had a bang in transmission when stopping said it was a common thing took it back a few times for this problem and yesterday they said van 2020 and it had a bang in transmission when stopping said it was a common thing took it back a few times for this problem and yesterday they said they fixed the problem with a simple computer upgrade I had we t to other places and was told those transmission where aways a problem Feel I was not told the truth More
