Bergeys Chevrolet went out of there way to make sure I had the options I wanted and Greg picked me up since I haven't owned a car in 8years. He made sure Android auto and OnStar was connected my first sma had the options I wanted and Greg picked me up since I haven't owned a car in 8years. Shawn in finance was able to get my Military Discount on extended warranty I saved 500 on warranty and 500 On GM military discount plus I got my Chevrolet Trax LS in Blue I waited 2 months for my car+ color. Greg went out of his way to make sure I knew my options packages and answering every question I needed answers to. More

New 2023 colorado delivery prep horrible. Looked like truck came from holding lot Truck dirty inside water spots and sap on exterior.. Showed up hour early although several Bergey personal knowledge of dirty truck They all blame detail person , not taking responsibility for letting this product to the consumer , a lot of personal in offices not one responsible for pre delivery inspections ? Wanted the ceramic coating installation which was never completed? .Couldn’t ship to closer Bergen’s chevy dealer had to go to Plymouth meeting store. Salestaff very limited knowledge of new Chevrolet technologies. More
