Bergeys of Plymouth Meeting Service Department is always courteous, patient and thorough. They don't mind explaining things or chatting while you gather your documents. I was pleased with the quick response when I checked Bergey's on line. My daughter and I made an appointment with Jim Brody to inform him of the vehicle I was interested in leasing. . Upon arrival, h Bergey's on line. My daughter and I made an appointment with Jim Brody to inform him of the vehicle I was interested in leasing. . Upon arrival, he had another customer, and was shuffling back & forth. We test drove, a car while he dealt with that man. I had questions, which he hurriedly answered and we left. After back/forth phone calls & texting with my daughter, we made another appointment . We saw the car and Jim outlined the features. A Bergey employee appeared, handed Jim a folder,informing him a customer was waiting. We were led to a table in the showroom, and watched as he dealt with Mr. X. Eventually, Jim returned, apologized and offered cold drinks from the vending machine. .More waiting. Another Bergey employee came to the table with all my paperwork. We sat with her, in the "open showroom" signing papers, as others walked around us. PRIVACY WAS NOT A CONSIDERATION! The,Bergey Finance man appeared for my FINAL SIGNATURES and Congratulated us. This man was very pleasant, and apologized for the delays. Needless to say, we were very happy to receive copies of what I'd signed and be on our way. (3+ HOURS LATER!) I am happy with my newly leased car, despite what we endured to get it. More
