My truck was scratched while it was in for service. Being told I have to wait a week to even talk to someone about how it will be fixed due to someone being out. Bought a brand new truck a year and a half ago just thought service would be a little faster with handling thier mistake. I have to drive around with a scratch on my bumper that is visible. I understand that people may be out because they are sick but so eone should be able to step in and help put with this situation so I'm not driving around with a damaged bumper. More
