I was shopping for a car to lock in the 2023 EV rebate. These folks said they had a car in a nearby warehouse they could pick up and deliver. I gave them a deposit on December 22nd and a few days later they said it might not be possible. It’s January 4th and I’ve spent all week trying to get my deposit back. They claim they can’t process refunds over the phone. The amount of misleading these people are willing to do is atrocious. Had they been honest I would have kept shopping. They held my purchase hostage and wasted my time and money. More
