I had a tire losing air and was 30 miles from home. the weather was stormy and my route home would be the PA turnpike. I called the service dept. and Mike answered. I explained my situation and said I the weather was stormy and my route home would be the PA turnpike. I called the service dept. and Mike answered. I explained my situation and said I was 10 minutes away. It was later in the day, but Mike said bring it over. Mike was professional and courteous. After 20 minutes I was ready to go and did not have to worry about the tire. I retired 2 years ago after 25 years selling cars for Faulkner. Knowing the business as I do, this was an A++ experience.
