Ryan showed us the ones in which we were interested and followed up by email and phone. He was attentive and helpful but not pushy. We returned in the fall to look at Cruzes. Ryan kept us updated as those that matched our interest came into the dealership. We returned in January to buy a 2015, but decided the new style 2016 Cruze would be a better choice for us. We finally purchased a Trax at the start of April and joked that Ryan would need therapy after having to deal with us for so long and with so many changes in our interests. At the end, he helped us with a great deal and attentive service. More
